Experience:2-3 years experience in managerial cadre with Commercial bank or Urban Co-operative Bank.

Age Limit:Maximum Age limit 40 years

Education Qualification : First Class Graduate (Except Arts) PGDCA / DCA / JAIIB/ CAIIB / COPA (with 1 year apprenticeship) preferable OR M.Com/LLB/MBA/MCA
Experience : 2 years experience in any co-operative bank or any financial institute is preferable
Age Limit : 30 years (Age can be relaxed for more than 5 years experience @ per year one year)

Name of the post -: Assistant General Manager- HR & IR(HR)
Education Qualification : First Class Graduate.MBA with specialization in HR or Master of Labour Welfare preferred (can be relaxed in case of candidate having more than 15 years experience in HR in scheduled Bank)
Experience : The candidate should have worked in scale IV or above in any Commercial Bank or with large & reputed financial institution or Urban Co-op. Bank. Minimum 15 years experience out of which 5 years experience of working in HR department in a managerial cadre is essential.The functions of HR department include Industrial Relations, Staff welfare training & dealing with Staff union.
Age Limit : 50 years (Can be relaxed in case of suitable candidate)

Name of the post – Manager – HR/IR(HR)
Education Qualification : UG – B.Sc – Any Specialization, B.Com – Commerce, LLB – Law) OR (PG- MBA/PGDM – Any Specialization, M.Sc – Any Specialization, LLM – Law, M.Com – Commerce, PG Diploma – Any Specialization) AND (Doctorate- Any Doctorate – Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required).Post Graduate Degree with Specialization in HR or MSW / MLW preferred, Qualification of LLB will add Value.
Experience : 7 years of experience in HR Department of a Commercial bank, Urban co-operative bank or any other organisation having turn over more than 100 crores. Out of which 3 years of experience of working in supervisory cadre of an HR Department is essential.Knowledge of Departmental Inquiry, Legal Proceedings, Court matter is must.
