Voice based process late stage debt recovery through outbound/Inbound calls.
Skills:

Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills.
Strong Negotiation Skills.
Ability to explain Financial matters clearly.
Able to explain payments, financial terms and credit services.
Ability to work under pressure.
Able to understand relevant legislation and court procedures.
