Job Description :
1. Handle payroll for the Hyderabad office employees.
2. Handle all payments to vendors, employees, etc.
3. Prepare budgets for the Hyderabad office.
4. Maintain accounts – make journal entries, prepare P & L statements and Balance Sheet.
5. Prepare monthly MIS reports and send them to the Finance team in the corporate HQ and to relevant executives in the India office.
6. Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements (compliance with company laws, tax laws and STPI regulations, customs & excise requirements, etc.).
7. Prepare and file periodic returns with regulatory agencies.
8. Maintain and renew all company related insurance policies.
9. Facilitate the smooth completion of statutory and tax audits.
10. Handle issues related to transfer pricing.
11. Maintain and renew all company contracts with vendors and others.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Should be a Qualified/Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant.
2. Excellent knowledge of existing accounting and tax regulations.
3. Excellent knowledge of statutory requirements related to Company law, customs & excise regulations, STPI regulations, etc.
4. Experience in working with accounting packages.
5. Expert knowledge of MS Excel. Excellent analytical ability.
6. Experience in Tally
7. Good communication skills and time management skills.
8. Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
