Responsible for providing guidance for the ongoing direction and growth of the operation and team to match the growing demands of the company.
Atleast 4-9 Yrs of Handling International Telecom Operation Experience is must.
The primary job function will be to manage the team of voice excutives & Team Lead and ensure that customer issues are resolved within the SLAs.
Secondary function will be to work closely with the Sales, Escalations and R&D teams and provide customer/support ability feedback to improve the product usability, Quality and play a key role in improving the customer experience.
Responsible for development and implementation of KPIs, SLAs and operational metrics for the team and measurement of KPIs for the individual team members.
Responsible for metrics reporting and ensuring that operational support meets KPIs and SLAs.
The successful candidate should possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Minimum 6 – 8 years of work experience with at least 1-2 years of people management experience / Leading teams in running 24x7x365 support operations in networking industry or IT industry.
Good knowledge of networking basics, TCP/IP, OSI layer, ARP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, wireless etc.
CCNA/CCNP certification will be an added advantage.
Proven experience that includes overseeing all aspects of the TAC environment including staffing, facility layout, technology, etc. is a must.
Candidates must demonstrate a proven ability to plan, organize and lead in a dynamic work environment as well as possess strong communication, presentation and project management skills.
Additionally must have experience working productively with other functional groups and creating/leading cross-functional programs to bring about greater operational efficiency.
Solid experience in managing 24×7 operations and working with a global team based across multiple geographies.
